Product Hub Labs Incorporated, a Delaware Corporation, providing the Productbot Ai service offering as described herein (collectively, “Productbot Ai” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://productbot.ai and other related sites (collectively, the “Site”) offering a software as a service artificial intelligence (“AI”) that assists customers and their business teams with software product development, utilizing large language models (“LLM(s)”) and other open source databases, to allow End Users to organize their business data, compose content, and collaborate with business teams in a more efficient manner (collectively, and together with the Site, the “Services”).
Productbot Ai respects and protects the privacy of the users that use our Services. We maintain strict policies to ensure the privacy of those who use our Services (“End Users,” “you,” or “your”) or those who may just visit our Site without otherwise using our Services (“Visitors”). This policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information. This Privacy Policy also includes a description of certain rights that you may have over information that we may collect from you.

We cannot respond to your request if, (i) we cannot verify your identity; or (ii) your request lacks sufficient details to help us handle the request. We will make best efforts to respond to your request withing forty five (45) days of its receipt. If we cannot respond in forty five (45) days, we will inform you, in writing, the reason for the delay and will respond to your request within ninety (90) days. Any information we provide will only cover the twelve (12)-month period preceding the request’s receipt.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. We are not obligated to provide responses to your data requests more than twice in a twelve (12)-month period.

Affiliates and Subsidiaries

Successors in Interest

Productbot Ai stores basic End User data on our servers including name, email, and username. Payments are not always required by End Users. If an End User makes a purchase and a payment is required, then payment information is processed by our partners or service providers. Personal Data about End Users and Visitors is stored within the United States and Germany. The Services are only intended to be used inside the United States and we do not seek users from outside such location at this time. If you are using the Services from the EEA or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your Personal Data to the United States and any other location where we conduct our Services or have representatives, personnel, or contractors. Such locations may have laws which are different, and potentially not as protective, as the laws of your own country. By providing your Personal Data, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Productbot Ai employs physical, electronic, and managerial control procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information. We choose these safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. Our outsourced service providers who support our operations are also vetted to ensure that they too have the appropriate organizational and technical measures in place to protect your information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services. In the event that there is a breach in the information that we hold; we shall notify of such breach via email or via a notice on the Services.

If we make material changes to how we treat our End Users’ or Visitors’ Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a prominent notice on the Services.
